PROCESSING & PAYMENT TERMS
We prepare all our bakes freshly upon order to ensure the best quality when you get them. Please place your orders at least 3 days in advance. For more complex designs, we advise you to give us at least 1 week’s notice.
We have limited delivery slots, so if you are in urgent need of a cake, call us at 9633 5108 to enquire about in-store cake availability. However, because the cakes are freshly made, we will have limited sizes, flavours, and designs.
Please make your payment directly to our PayNow UEN 201527789N.
Full payment must be made within 24 hours in order to confirm your order. A delay in payment may result in unavailability of your purchase and/or delay in your delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery nor partial payment.
All prices listed are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
DELIVERY & SELF COLLECTION TERMS
With a minimum purchase of S$200, you will enjoy free delivery island-wide. We do not deliver to Sentosa or any off-shore islands. A flat fee of S$12 will apply to orders under S$200. We neither charge GST nor Service Fee.
Delivery days are from Wednesdays through Mondays between the hours of 11:00AM to 5:00PM. We are closed on Tuesdays.
Please check to ensure that the delivery address provided at the checkout page is correct. Otherwise, re-delivery charges will apply.
No minimum purchase is required if you choose to collect your purchase at our Cafe located at Blk 128 Toa Payoh Lorong 1, #01-833, Singapore 310833. However, please collect your purchase during our opening hours of 9:30AM to 6:30PM (Wednesdays through Mondays).
RETURNS & REFUND
All food sales are final and non-exchangeable, given the perishable nature of the products.
50% refund will be given for cancellation of an order provided cancellation requests are made directly with us at 9633 5108 within 2 hours of your order. No refunds will be entertained for request made 3 days before/on the day of delivery. Bank charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
